Before you link your accounts.
Is BodyRelay affiliated with Withings or Garmin?
No. BodyRelay is an independent third-party service. Reading Withings data uses its official API. Sending to Garmin relies on an unofficial interface that may change or become temporarily unavailable.
Do I need to install an app?
No. BodyRelay works in your browser. Once the accounts are linked, automatic mode works without keeping an app open.
Can I import old weigh-ins?
Yes. Choose a start date and the measurements you want. BodyRelay shows a preview before confirmation and avoids resending the same data.
Which data is not transferred?
Garmin Connect cannot receive every Withings-specific value, including ECG, vascular age and segmental measurements. They are marked as incompatible and are not sent.
What happens if a transfer fails?
Temporary failures are retried with progressive delays. Your history clearly shows the transfer state and you can start another sync.
